This is the factory KRISS DMK22 .22LR Magazine, available in 10 or 15 round capacities.
With this magazine your DMK22 will hold the bolt open after the last round is fired, allowing you to reload the same way you would with your AR-15.
This magazine is for the KRISS DMK22 rimfire sporting rifle, and not for use with the Vector 22.
