Due to a major relapse of a Spinal Injury, Andrew continues to be limited as what he can do for the foreseeable future. We will continue to help, advise, and assist our customers as best we can. Internet orders should not be affected.

We will still be getting deliveries from all of our UK and European suppliers as normal. Although we have had some limited delivery's from America, we are still experiencing significant delays, to this end we have just started working with a new shipping company in the hope that they will be able to ship quicker. Once any product has cleared customs we will arrange to get the consignments from the airport/docks and get in contact with everyone who have pre-orders with us.
Update on our previous phone and email problems: Over the last weeks we appear to have more incoming calls, our service provider has finished the software update on the phone system, and we have had new phone lines (cables) put in from the local exchange box.
